Sean Michael McCarthy commenced his journey in Colorado in 1989, serving as a JAG officer in the U.S. Air Force. Transitioning from his military service, he embarked upon a legal career in Colorado, initially as a deputy district attorney handling a spectrum of cases including traffic violations, misdemeanors, juvenile offenses, and felonies.
In 1995, Sean ventured into private practice, founding his own firm with a primary focus on criminal defense. Throughout his tenure as both a prosecutor and now a defense attorney, Sean has amassed considerable trial experience, having participated in approximately 125-150 jury trials. His skills span all facets of trial proceedings, encompassing jury selection, opening and closing statements, as well as adept handling of witness examination.
